Pasta Russo’s Penne Medie Rigate (No. 123) are among the most versatile classics in Italian cuisine. With a diameter of 9.5 mm and a carefully considered length of 45 mm, their size falls exactly between traditional penne and the larger varieties.

The 15 external ridges (righi), together with the diagonally cut ends, ensure the sauce is distributed evenly, both on the outside and inside of the pasta. Made from high-quality Italian durum wheat semolina with a minimum protein content of 12.5% for a firm bite.
