Kelvini Italian Artisan

🍷 The stages that mark every journey from Italy to your table

Some stories begin with a recipe. Others begin with an ancient olive tree, a millstone that has been turning for generations, or a tomato field bathed in the sunshine of southern Italyië.

The story of Kelvini Italian Artisan begins in much the same way. But before artisanal pasta from Campania, a carefully selected olive oil, traditional Italian honey or an authentic regional product from Italy reaches your table, there are a number of guiding principles that ensure everything is handled fairly, transparently and without any hassle. Not because we’re so keen on rules. Quite the opposite. But because trust, just like a good recipe, starts with the right ingredients.

What we actually do

Kelvini Italian Artisan is not a supermarket. Nor are we a warehouse full of generic products. We search, taste, visit, listen and select. We seek out authentic Italian specialities, artisan products, traditional ingredients and hidden culinary treasures that often still come directly from small producers and family-run businesses. So when you order from us, you’re not just buying a product. You’re bringing a little piece of Italy into your home. A story. A region. A family. A tradition.

And we feel responsible for the direction this story takes.

🤝 When will our appointment be confirmed?

As soon as you place an order and we confirm it. It’s as simple as that. From that moment on, we’ll get to work to carefully process your order and prepare it for dispatch. In exceptional cases, we may be unable to fulfil an order. For example, if: a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable; there is clearly a pricing error; there appears to be a case of misuse or fraud; or delivery proves impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.

That’s a rare occurrence. But honesty also means reporting the exceptions.

💰 On prices and transparency

IIn Italy, you soon learn that the finest products often don’t make a fuss. They don’t need to sell themselves. We believe the same. That’s why we display our prices clearly and transparently. No hidden costs. No last-minute surprises. All prices in our online shop are shown inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges are always clearly stated before you finalise your order.

📦 The progress of your order

This is perhaps our favourite part. Because this is where the journey begins. Some products come from a small producer in Campania. Others come from the hills of Irpinia, the mountains of Benevento, the olive groves of southern Italy or a traditional Italian mill where centuries-old artisanal methods are still used. As soon as your order is placed, we do everything we can to deliver these products safely and with the utmost care to your home. We do not treat a parcel containing Italian artisanal products as just any ordinary parcel. We treat it as a guest.

🚚 Delivery

We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The delivery times quoted are always approximate. Sometimes delivery is faster than expected. However, sometimes things do not go to plan. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, border controls, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. This does not, however, affect our commitment to ensuring that your order arrives safely.

🍅 Fresh and perishable products

Many of our products are authentic foodstuffs. These are not products from industrial mass production, nor are they products intended to remain on warehouse shelves for years on end. This means that some items have a limited shelf life or require special care during transport. We do everything we can to dispatch these products under the best possible conditions. We ask that you check the products as soon as possible after receipt.

🔄 Returns: with common sense and respect

In Europe, as a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. That seems perfectly normal to us. But just as you cannot return an opened bottle of wine to the winegrower after you have tasted it, there are legal exceptions.

In particular, for foodstuffs, products with a limited shelf life, opened packaging and custom-ordered products, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded.

When returns are possible, we ask you to return the products in good condition, unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The direct costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

Not because we want to make it difficult for you, but because respect must come from both sides.

💳 Cancellations & Refunds

Do you want to cancel an order after you have placed it? Please contact us as soon as possible via customer service.

  • Cancel before processing: As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and refund the full amount via the payment method you used.

  • Fresh and custom products: Because we work with artisanal and perishable Italian foodstuffs, cancellation is no longer possible once fresh or custom-prepared products have been put into production or packed for you.

  • Cancel if the package is already on its way: Has your order already been handed over to the carrier? Then the order can no longer be stopped. You can return the package after receipt according to our return conditions (where the return costs are to be borne by the buyer).

❤️ And what if something were to go wrong?

We are people. Our producers are people. Our carriers are people. And sometimes things do not go as planned.

Transport damage: Has your package or a product arrived damaged? If so, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt and send them to our customer service. We will resolve this promptly for you.

Disputes: If we cannot come to an agreement together, you as a European consumer can also make use of the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If that happens, we strongly advise you to contact us. Not only because the law requires it, but because almost all problems start with a conversation and end with a solution. We continue to believe in dialogue.

🛡️ Liability

We guarantee the quality of the products we offer. However, we cannot be held liable for: indirect damage, consequential damage, misuse of the products or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order in question, to the extent permitted by law..

🌿 Force majeure

Sometimes it’s down to the weather. Sometimes it’s a strike. Sometimes it’s the transport company. And sometimes life just doesn’t go to plan. When circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or, if necessary, cancel deliveries. This is not an excuse. It’s simply the reality of honest trade.l.

✨ The story behind our content

The photographs you see. The stories you read. The product descriptions that transport you to a village, a windmill, an olive grove or a cosy kitchen. All of this forms part of the history of Kelvini Italian Artisan. The text, images, logos, brand elements and content may therefore not be copied, distributed or reused without permission.

🏛️ Where our story officially brings us home

When a box of our products is on your kitchen counter at home, it brings a piece of the Italian soul with it. But behind the scent of aged olive oil, the deep colour of sun-ripened tomatoes, and the spirit of artisanal producers lies a promise of honesty. We believe that true quality knows no secrets. Not in the kitchen, not in our ingredients, and certainly not in who we are.

Our story does not take place in a soulless distribution centre or behind an anonymous PO box. Kelvini Italian Artisan is rooted in the soil of Southern Italy, amidst the peace and traditions of the countryside of Campania. Our doors are physically open at Contrada Frascino 15, 83034 in Casalbore (AV), Italy. It is from this place, nestled among the hills, that we select, package, and carefully send each product on its journey to your dining table.

[Uw R.E.A.].

But for us, a good relationship never starts with numbers, but with a conversation. Do you have a question about the origin of a product, would you like advice on a recipe, or do you just want to touch base about an order? Fortunately, certain things never change: hospitality is always our top priority.

Feel free to send us a message at salve@kelvini.com or contact us directly at +39 3497643243 (also via WhatsApp). For formal and legally certified mail, we use our PEC address m.wynen@pec.it.

Whether it’s a digital greeting or a phone call about the passion for Italy: the virtual door of our courtyard is always open for you.

🍷 Ultimately, it’s not the circumstances that matter

That might sound strange on a page dedicated to the terms and conditions. But it’s true. This page isn’t about rules. This page is about trust. About knowing where you’re buying from. About knowing who’s behind an online shop. About knowing that behind every jar of honey, every bottle of olive oil, every passata, every paise and every traditional Italian speciality, there are real people. People who know their craft. People who believe that quality still exists. And people who hope that, when your order arrives, something will happen that’s hard to put into words. That feeling of Italy. Not the Italy from the tourist brochures. But the Italy of families, traditions, local produce, artisan producers and dining tables where people still spend hours chatting together. If our products end up there, then we’ve done our job properly. And if these conditions help to ensure that everything runs in a fair, transparent and safe manner, then they too have done their job properly.

Benvenuto a tavola. Welcome to the table.
