🍷 The agreements behind every journey from Italy to your table
There are stories that begin with a recipe. Others start with an old olive tree, a millstone that has been turning for generations, or a tomato field basking in the Southern Italian sun.
The story of Kelvini Italian Artisan starts there too. But before an artisanal pasta from Campania, a carefully selected olive oil, a traditional Italian honey, or an authentic regional product from Italy reaches your table, there are a few agreements that ensure everything proceeds fairly, clearly, and effortlessly. Not because we love rules. On the contrary. But because trust, like a good recipe, starts with the right ingredients..
What we actually do
Kelvini Italian Artisan is not a supermarket. We are also not a warehouse full of anonymous products. We search, taste, visit, listen, and select. We seek out authentic Italian specialities, artisanal products, traditional ingredients, and hidden culinary treasures that often come directly from small producers and family businesses. So when you order something from us, you are not just buying a product. You are bringing a piece of Italy into your home.

And we feel responsible for the journey that story takes.
🤝 When does our agreement become official?
At the moment you place an order and we confirm it. It's that simple. From that moment on, we get to work to carefully process your selection and prepare it for shipping. In exceptional cases, we may not be able to fulfil an order. For example, when: a product unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable
- a pricing error is visibly present
- there seems to be abuse or fraud
- delivery proves impossible due to circumstances beyond our control
That happens rarely. But honesty also starts with naming exceptions.
💰 About prices and transparency
In Italy, you quickly learn that the most beautiful products often do not shout. They do not need to sell themselves. We believe the same. That is why we display our prices clearly and transparently. No hidden costs. No last-minute surprises. All prices on our webshop are shown including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are always clearly mentioned before you finalise your order.
📦 The journey of your order
Perhaps this is our favourite part. Because this is where the journey begins. Some products depart from a small producer in Campania. Others come from the hills of Irpinia, the mountains of Benevento, the olive groves of Southern Italy, or from a traditional Italian mill where work is still done according to generations of old knowledge. From the moment your order is placed, we do everything we can to safely and carefully bring those products to your address. We do not treat a box of artisanal Italian products as a package. We treat it as a guest.
🚚 Delivery
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The stated delivery times are always indicative. Sometimes transport is faster than expected. Sometimes life decides otherwise. Delays with carriers, weather conditions, border controls, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control can affect delivery. That does not change our commitment to ensure your order arrives safely.
🍅 Fresh products and delicate products
Many of our products are authentic foodstuffs. No industrial mass production. No products designed to sit on a warehouse shelf for years. This means that some items have a limited shelf life or require extra care during transport. We do everything we can to send these products in optimal condition. Upon receipt, we ask you to check the products in a timely manner.
🔄 Returns: with common sense and respect
In Europe, you as a consumer have the right to a withdrawal period of 14 days. That seems completely normal to us. But just as you cannot return an opened bottle of wine to the winemaker after tasting it, there are legal exceptions.
In particular, for foodstuffs, products with a limited shelf life, opened packages, and custom-ordered products, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded.
When returns are possible, we ask you to send the products back in good condition, unused, and, if possible, in the original packaging. The direct costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.. Not because we want to be difficult. But because respect works both ways.
❤️ What if something goes wrong?
We are people. Our producers are people. Our transporters are people. And sometimes things go differently than planned. When that happens, we especially ask you to contact us. Not immediately because the law says so. But because almost every problem starts with communication and ends with a solution. We still believe in conversations.
🛡️ Liability
We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. However, we cannot be held liable for: indirect damage, consequential damage, misuse of products, damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability remains limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
🌿 Force Majeure
Sometimes nature decides. Sometimes a strike decides. Sometimes a transport company decides. And sometimes life simply decides differently than planned. When circumstances beyond our control prevent proper execution, we reserve the right to postpone, adjust or cancel deliveries if necessary. That is not an escape route. That is simply the reality of fair trade.

The photos you see. The stories you read. The product texts that take you to a village, a mill, an olive grove or a family kitchen. All of that is part of the story of Kelvini Italian Artisan. Texts, images, logos, brand expressions and content may therefore not be copied, distributed or reused without permission.

Perhaps that sounds strange on a page with terms and conditions. But it is true. This page is not about rules. It is about trust. About knowing where you are buying. About knowing who is behind a webshop. About knowing that behind every jar of honey, every bottle of olive oil, every passata, every pasta, and every traditional Italian specialty, there are real people. People who understand their craft. People who believe that quality still exists. And people who hope that when your order arrives, something happens that is hard to put into words. That feeling of Italy. Not the Italy of tourist brochures. But the Italy of families, traditions, local products, artisanal producers, and tables where conversations last for hours. If our products succeed in this, then we have done our job. And if these terms help to ensure that everything runs fairly, clearly, and safely, then they have done their job.
