Authentic Italian ‘Mista Corta’ from Pasta Russo (Cicciano 1880). Made from 100 per cent Italian durum wheat (Grano 100 % Italiano). A traditional Neapolitan blend of various short pasta shapes – including wavy ribbons, smooth tubes and ridged pieces – which, when eaten together, create a unique textural experience with every bite.

Pasta Russo’s Mista Corta (No. 51) (Cicciano) has its origins in classic Italian home cooking, where leftover pasta shapes from the cupboard were combined to make hearty soups and stews. Pasta Russo has perfected this tradition, creating a harmonious blend in which all the shapes have exactly the same cooking time.

The combination of different shapes – from small hollow tubes to rims with wavy serrations – ensures that liquid sauces, pulses and stocks are absorbed effectively.
