The Whole Wheat Ditaloni from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) is one of the most beloved short pasta types from Campania. Thanks to the use of the whole durum wheat grain, this whole wheat variant has a richer, more pronounced grain flavour and contains significantly more dietary fibres.

With a wall thickness of approx. 1.15 mm and a shape stability specifically designed for soups and stews, the pasta retains its firm bite during cooking. The aroma released during cooking reminds one of freshly harvested grain from the southern Italian countryside.
