Full, flavourful black olives with stones in a light salamoia brine. The Olive Brunelle Intere from the well-known Italian brand Berni are carefully selected, ripe black olives with an intense, authentic flavour and a meaty texture. Because the stone has been retained during the pickling process, these brunelle (dark brown to black) olives maintain their maximum flavour richness and firm texture. The 350-gram tin (drained weight 180g) is an absolute classic in the Italian pantry.

Traditionally enjoyed: ready to serve on a sharing platter, with Mediterranean fish and meat dishes, or cooked in rich pasta sauces.

Craft and Quality of Berni

The Italian brand Berni (part of the renowned Pucci group) is known for providing accessible, high-quality Italian preserves and antipasti. Così, di natura ("So, from nature") is not without reason their motto on the label. The olives are picked at the right moment of ripeness and preserved in a traditional way in a mild brine solution (brine) with iron gluconate to maintain their beautiful, deep dark colour.
