Authentic Italian bronze-extruded pasta from Pasta Russo (Cicciano 1880). Made from 100% Italian durum wheat (100% Italian Wheat). Thanks to the bronze die (Bronze Die) this pasta has a rough, porous surface and a rich texture that optimally absorbs and holds sauces.

100% Italian origin and processing. Cooking time of 13 minutes on the packaging (14 minutes according to TDS) for a perfect al dente bite.

Mezze Maniche Rigate from Pasta Russo: Craft & Tradition since 1880

The Mezze Maniche Rigate (n° 31) from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) owe their name to the 'half sleeves' from the traditional Italian wardrobe. This short, wide tubular pasta has a diameter of 17.5 mm and is externally adorned with 24 deep grooves.

As the pasta is drawn through a bronze die, the characteristic rough and matte yellow surface is created. This artisanal processing method ensures that every sauce – no matter how rich or creamy – adheres to the outer wall and is captured in the ample opening of the pasta.

Serving Tips & Gastronomy
