The Linguine (n° 80) from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) owe their name to the Italian word for 'little tongues', referring to their distinctive flat-oval shape. Unlike round spaghetti, Linguine have a wider surface (2.80 mm) and a thickness of 1.45 mm, allowing sauces to cling beautifully to the pasta without overpowering the subtle taste of the semolina.

Made from high-quality semolina of 100% Italian durum wheat, these Linguine guarantee excellent elasticity and al dente texture after a quick cooking time of 9 minutes.
