Mezzi Paccheri is a shorter, refined variant of the famous Paccheri from Campania. This 'half' tube pasta combines a generous diameter with a shorter length, making it elegant to serve and lighter to eat. The large, open structure allows sauce to flow effortlessly inside, making the pasta perfect for rich meat ragùs, chunky vegetable sauces, seafood, or gratin dishes.
