The base consists of 100% superior-quality wholemeal durum wheat, grown entirely under our own management in the sun-drenched fields of the Campania hills (Km 0) and kneaded with pure spring water. As we are committed to a purely natural cultivation method and the grain undergoes no chemical treatment whatsoever, the pasta is guaranteed to be 100% free from glyphosate and pesticides. This results in a pure, natural product with a high natural fibre content and a deep, full-bodied wheat flavour. Thanks to the authentic extrusion through bronze dies (trafilata al bronzo) and an extremely patient, slow drying process at a low temperature, the spaghetti retains its characteristic rough, matt texture. This ensures that sauces cling perfectly to the strands and guarantees an unrivalled, firm al dente bite after a cooking time of 10 minutes.
