Elicoidali from Pasta Russo: Craft & Tradition since 1880

The Elicoidali from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) derive their name from the spiral-shaped ridges (elica) that run along the outside of the tube. With a length of approx. 39 mm and 12 precise grooves, this pasta effortlessly grips sauces on both the outside and inside.

Made from high-quality semolina of 100% Italian durum wheat, this classic offers excellent cooking stability and a firm structure on the plate.

  • Rich Meat & Tomato Sauces: The spiral grooves pick up a traditional Bolognese, a spicy Arrabbiata, or a stew sauce excellently.
