Lumachine is a charming, small and curved type of pasta with the distinctive shape of a snail shell. This ingenious design acts as a natural spoon: sauces, peas, lentils and fine pieces of vegetables slide in easily and stay perfectly in the hollow. The ideal choice for rich soups, refined pasta salads and light sauces.
