Corallina is a special, small cylindrical type of pasta that is subtly inspired by the organic shapes of coral. Due to the compact, hollow tube design, the small shapes subtly fill with juices from within, making it the ultimate pasta for hearty soups, rich broths, and creamy one-bite dishes.
