The Organic Tomato Passata from La Fiammante is an organic tomato sauce made from sieved Italian organic tomatoes, stripped of skins and seeds. With 99.7% organic tomatoes and a pinch of sea salt (0.3%), this passata offers a pure, natural sweetness and a velvety texture. Vacuum bottled in glass and thermally pasteurised to ensure taste and quality.
