These sun-ripened, elongated whole peeled tomatoes (60%) are embedded in their own pure San Marzano tomato juice (39.8%) and enriched with a touch of Italian sea salt (0.2%). Vacuum packed and lightly pasteurised, they retain their characteristic intense aroma, soft texture and a slight acidity — the authentic taste "as it used to be".
