The Wholegrain Elicoidali from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) owes its name to the spiral grooves (elica) that run around the pasta. Thanks to the use of the whole durum wheat grain, this wholegrain variant has a richer grain flavour and a firm structure that holds up beautifully in the kitchen.

With a length of approximately 39 mm and spiral-shaped ridges, sauce adheres optimally to both the outside and inside. It is a fantastic wholemeal alternative to classic rigatoni or tortiglioni.
