Wholemeal Pasta Mista from Pasta Russo: Neapolitan Tradition since 1888

The Wholemeal Mixed Pasta from Pasta Russo (Cicciano) has its origins in the classic Neapolitan culinary tradition, where various leftover pasta shapes from the pantry were once cooked together. Thanks to the bronze die (That: Bronze) the different shapes have a kneadable, porous outer layer that perfectly absorbs broth, sauces, and starch.

The use of the whole durum wheat grain gives this mixed pasta an extra rich, nutty flavour and a high concentration of dietary fibres. Due to the balanced thickness, the different shapes in the mix cook evenly within 8 minutes.

  • Pasta e Patate con Provola: The most iconic dish from Campania. Cook the Mixed Pasta directly in the potato broth for a creamy, thickened dish and finish with smoked provola cheese.
