Sedanini Rigati – Artisanal Pasta (500g)

Sedanini Rigati (literally: 'small ribbed celery sticks') is an elegant, medium-length and slightly curved tube pasta. This slimmer variant of rigatoni has a unique dynamic due to its subtle curvature and deep outer ridges. The hollow shape effortlessly fills with sauce, making the pasta extremely versatile for creamy sauces, refined vegetable and tomato sauces, or colourful, fresh pasta salads.
