The iconic, traditional Neapolitan mini peppers pickled in vinegar from the renowned Italian brand Cannone Conservi. Papaccelle Napoletane sotto Aceto are an absolute local product from Campania. These small, round, slightly flattened pepper fruits have a fleshy texture and a unique sweet-sour flavour balance. Bottled in a generous glass jar where the characteristic red peppers are beautifully visible.

Papaccelle Napoletane: The Flavour of Campania

The Papaccella Napoletana is a historical pepper variety that is mainly grown in the region around Naples and the province of Avellino. Cannone processes this artisanal vegetable in a traditional way in a light vinegar brine, allowing the peppers to retain their firm bite and intense, distinctive flavour.

In Southern Italy, the papaccella is inextricably linked to festive winter dishes, but it serves all year round as the perfect fresh counterpart on any Italian snack or antipasti board.
