Sandoro Artisanal Forest Honey
Our Melata di Bosco (forest honeydew) from Agricola Sandoro is the dark gold from the unspoiled Italian forests. Unlike regular flower honey, this rare honey is not made from nectar, but from natural honeydew left on the leaves of forest trees. The result is an intensely dark, syrupy honey with a rich, malty flavour and complex notes of resin and dried figs.
100% Italian Origin: Artisanally harvested by the beekeeping farm Agricola Sandoro in unspoiled Italian nature.
Complex & Rare: Deep flavour of resin, malt and dried figs with a naturally lower sugar content.
Rich in Minerals: A powerful, mineral-rich alternative to standard flower honey.
Exclusive Kelvini Selection: The ultimate gourmet honey for savoury combinations, cheese boards and game dishes.
