The base consists of 100% superior-quality durum wheat, which is grown entirely under our own management in the sun-drenched fields of the Campania hills (Km 0) and kneaded with pure spring water. As we are committed to a purely natural cultivation process, the grain is guaranteed to be 100% free from pesticides and glyphosate. This results in an exceptionally high natural protein content (17g per 100g) and a deep, full-bodied wheat flavour. Thanks to the authentic extrusion through bronze dies (trafilata al bronzo) and an extremely patient, slow drying process at a low temperature, the spaghetti retains its characteristic matt, rough texture. This ensures that sauces cling perfectly to the strands and guarantees an unrivalled al dente bite after a cooking time of 10 minutes.
