With Knorr Risotto agli Asparagi, you can bring the flavours of an Italian spring into your home in no time at all. Knorr combines 100% Italian risotto rice with the refined, delicate flavour of green and white asparagus and a hint of spinach for a wonderful, creamy result. Ideal for those who are short on time but don’t want to compromise on quality and flavour. If you like, add a knob of creamy butter and some grated Parmesan after cooking for a proper mantecatura!

  • Ingredients: Parboiled rice* 85.7%, spinach* 3.3%, palvet, WHEAT flour, yeast extract, iodised salt, onion powder* 1.1%, flavourings (contains MILK), skimmed MILK powder, salt, sugar, glucose syrup, extra virgin olive oil, asparagus* (white and green) 0.29%, MILK proteins, turmeric*. *From sustainable agriculture.

  • Allergens: Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN) and MILK. May contain traces of egg, celery, mustard and soya. Suitable for vegetariërs.

  • Method:

    • In the pan: Add the contents of the packet to 500 ml of cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently over a low heat, uncovered, for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave to rest for 1 minute before serving.

    • In the microwave: Mix the contents with 500 ml of water in a suitable dish and cook for 15 minutes at 750W.

  • Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
