  • 400 ml Lukewarm water (80% hydration)
  • 4 g Dried yeast (or 12 g fresh yeast)
  • 10 g Fine sea salt
  • 10 g Honey
  • Splash of Extra virgin olive oil

The Salamoia (Emulsion)

  • 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml Water

Topping

  • Coarse sea salt
  • Fresh rosemary (or dried rosemary)

  • To taste;
